Rooms Costs

Event costs are established either at event planning meetings or at the time of confirmed requests.  Those events considered complex require a planning meeting and all costs will be shared as part of the event planning process.

Student organizations, schools/colleges or University Departments should contact the Event Services team for more info on event costs and special event planning.
Typical costs include items such as:

  • Room Rental
  • Police or security
  • Linen
  • Housekeeping
  • Student Center Staff
  • Food Service
  • Special Technology

Simple events (not including those for Temple Registered Student Organizations) typically only incur room rental costs.

If there are any additional services requested or damages during you event or program, post-event costs will be discussed, confirmed, and billed.

*# Lower Atrium rate includes standard set-up - max 6 tables & 12 chairs.  Additional requirements incur additional costs.

**** Underground rate includes room & standard set-up.  Additional costs added when using sound and lighting system.

***** Cinema rate includes room only.  Additional costs are associated with using A/V and/or projection equipment.

# Use of outdoor spaces may also consist of security and facilities charges based on set-up needs plus all A/V costs.
