Rooms Costs

Event costs are established either at event planning meetings or at the time of confirmed requests.  Those events considered complex require a planning meeting and all costs will be shared as part of the event planning process.

Student organizations, schools/colleges or University Departments should contact the Event Services team for more info on event costs and special event planning.
Typical costs include items such as:

  • Room Rental
  • Police or security
  • Linen
  • Housekeeping
  • Student Center Staff
  • Food Service
  • Special Technology

Simple events (not including those for Temple Registered Student Organizations) typically only incur room rental costs.

Registered Student Organizations room cost = $0.  RSO's only pay for services and special needs (linen, A/V, special set-ups, etc.)

If additional services are requested, or damages are found related to your event or program, post-event costs will be discussed, confirmed, and billed.

# Use of outdoor spaces may also consist of security and facilities charges based on set-up needs plus all A/V costs.
