Conference Services offers convenient and budget-friendly overnight accommodation options for both short-term and long-term stays for external and internal groups.

Our partners at the Student Center offer a variety of meeting space options to complete your event needs such as classroom, banquet, and lecture space.

2023 Conference Season

The 2023 conference season will run from May 18, 2024 - August 4, 2024.

Employment

Conference Services will be hiring for Building Manager and Conference Assistant positions Spring 2024.

To apply, you must complete the written application which can be found by accessing TUPortal, then clicking on careers@Temple. Search by job title or for requisition number.

The Building Manager requisition number will be posted once created.

The Conference Assistant requisition number will be posted once created.

Please note that the written application also includes supplemental questions that must be answered to complete the application as well.
