The GMC's typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Projects that must be outsourced including booklets, brochures, and orders with quantities over 1,000 will require a longer turnaround time.
The Atrium is one of our busiest spots in the building. In the direct path to the food court, this location offers unparalleled visibility!
Student organizations and departments are eligible to submit posters to be displayed in the Atrium. All posters must be produced by the GMC, unless waiver is granted.
For guidelines on content and design, check out our Poster Board Display Policy here. Be sure to note that all posters in the Atrium must be 30x40, mounted on foam core, and portrait in layout. Posters must also be advertising an event, with the sponsoring organization, location, and time clearly stated.

Want more involvement in your organization? Get the word out with a poster created by the GMC! Display your poster in the Atrium or outside your organization meeting to encourage others to get involved!
Submit your organization's information to request a voucher for your free poster in the GMC for the Fall 2018 semester. We have a limited number of free poster vouchers available. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation within 3 business days whether a voucher is available or not. Vouchers for the Fall semester can be claimed through Friday, December 14th. Your free poster voucher is valid for $52 of poster printing, mounting, and trimming in the GMC. This covers the cost of a standard 30x40 matte, mounted poster. Any costs over the $52 will be the organization's responsibility. Any costs under the $52 cannot be rolled over or used for a future order.
Organizations must be registered on OwlConnect to be eligible. An officer of the organization listed on OwlConnect must be present at pick up to sign off on the transaction.
If additional vouchers become available midway through the semester, organizations will have the opportunity to claim a second free poster. The offer will reset in the Spring semester. Organizations will have the opportunity to claim their vouchers beginning January 7th.
