Free Posters for Student Orgs

A limited number of Free Poster Vouchers are available to student organizations registered on Owl Connect!

Summer 2023 - No vouchers, check back in the Fall! 

Once submitted, you will receive confirmation within 3 business days about whether a voucher is available or not. Vouchers for the fall semester can be claimed through December 13th.  

• Your free poster voucher is valid for $55 of poster printing, mounting, and trimming in the GMC.
• This covers the cost of a standard 30x40 matte, mounted poster.
• Any costs over the $55 will be the organization's responsibility.
• Any costs under the $55 cannot be rolled over or used for a future order.
• Organizations must be registered on OwlConnect to be eligible. 
• If additional vouchers become available midway through the semester, organizations may have the opportunity to claim a second free poster.
