Cardio Equipment Reservations

All cardio equipment must be reserved through DSE Recreation. Reservations can be made online (up to 3 days in advance) or in-person the day of. Reservation policies and rules are listed below.

Reservation Policies - *Please read all of our policies before making a reservation!*

• Guests may reserve *Cardio* equipment for 40 minute intervals. Guests may reserve two pieces of equipment at a time
• 20 minutes each hour will be allotted to cleaning by staff
• Amount of equipment that is available to be reserved will be dependent on phase and equipment
• Guests may reserve equipment in-person via our Equipment Reservations page, or in-person.
• Equipment is available for reservation up to 3 days ahead of its timeslot
• There is a 15 minute check in window at the beginning of each reservation. If you are running late, please let Recreation staff know at 215-707-3816
• Guests who need to cancel or know that they are unable to attend their reservation must sign on and cancel or email the Rec Coordinator at least 1 hour before their reservation
  • If you miss 3 reservations within a month without cancellation or informing the Rec Coordinator, reservation priveleges may be suspended for 1 week
• Hospital Employees will need to create a "Local Account" after logging in below to reserve equipment
  • Please be sure to confirm your email in order to reserve equipment
