About Us

Located just minutes away from Center City Philadelphia and the central business district, Temple University provides a great location and environment to cater to your conferencing needs. 

Conference Services offers convenient and budget-friendly overnight accommodation options for both short-term and long-term stays for both Non-Temple external groups and Temple University supported groups.

Our team at the Student Center offer a variety of meeting space options to complete your event needs such as classroom, banquet, and lecture space as well.

2025 Conference Season

The 2025 conference season will run from May 18, 2025 - August 7, 2025.

Employment

Conference Services is currently hiring Assistant Conference Coordinators for Fall 24'/ Spring 25'/ Summer 25'.  

We will also be hiring Conference Assistants for the Summer 2025 Conference Season this coming Spring.

To apply, you must complete the written application which can be found by accessing TUPortal, then clicking on careers@Temple.  Search by job title or for requisition number.

The Conference Assistant requisition number will be posted once created.
