The SFC Activities and Operations office is excited you are interested in planning an event on the Health Sciences Center (HSC) campus of Temple University! Whether you would like to have a workshop/training session, general meeting, a large symposium or need to reserve a room for a student organization event, we are ready to serve you and your guests. Begin by browsing through rooms and capacities in the buildings available on the HSC campus. Check our calendar to view room availability for reserving your space, and finally, Cherry and White Catering by Aramark, can put the finishing touches on your event with delicious food arrangements and excellent service.
We can help you reserve space in either the Student Faculty Center (SFC) or Medical Education Research Building (MERB) on the HSC campus:
The SFC offers a wide selection of spacious and comfortable settings from which to hold your meeting, event or program. Whether you need a dedicated conference floor with 200 seat auditorium with multiple breakout rooms, the atmosphere of an executive board room or a recreation center, the SFC will accommodate a variety of needs. There are no restrictions on who is allowed to request space in the SFC.
The MERB building is the main academic building for Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine. Use of this building is restricted to the first, second and third floor academic and public spaces and any non-Temple University entity must be sponsored by a Temple University (TU) or Temple University Health System (TUHS) department in order to be able to reserve the space.
