Game Room Reservations
Who Can Make a Reservation?
The Game Room tables may be reserved for special events by student groups, departments, schools or colleges. We also rent the Game Room to external groups during academic breaks and the summer.
How do I Make a Reservation?
Internal: Request the space "HGSC_GameRoom" on TUPortal using the "Room Request (Events and Meetings)" link under TU Applications.
External: Please complete the Student Center External Event Form.
What's Included?
Regular Semester Hours (M-F, 11am-9pm)
While the game room is open, the following may be reserved:
- 4 Pool Tables
- 2 Ping-Pong Tables
- 2 Video Game Consoles
- Air Hockey Table
- Foosball Table
Summer, Breaks, & Weekends
The entire game room may rented outside of the regular semester and buiness hours.
The Game Room Lounge is not reservable space.
